Texcote 2007 Ltd has been a well established locally owned and operated business in the Bay of Plenty for many years. We are an exterior texture company also offering both interior and exterior painting. Previously owned and operated by Bill Nicholson and operated as Texcote Services Ltd for 9 years, Bill retired and on sold the business in November 2007. Our scope of work includes mainly new and existing texture work, interior and exterior painting on a full or labour only basis. Full cladding service of 50mm Aerated Concrete Panels, 50mm Permapanel and 50mm Polystyrene Panels. We have a great relationship with Builders and clients and full back up service from our suppliers. We are only too happy to offer advice, whether it be advice on what the best application method for the job might be or assistance with colour schemes. Whilst we are a local company we are not limited to only local work and are only too happy to travel to jobs in the wider area. We currently hold Applicator Licences for; • Specialized • Plaster Systems Insulclad • Masons Plaster Brick Alan Barnes is a Foreman/Shareholder/Director of the Company and was previously the Foreman for Texcote Services Ltd prior to becoming part owner of the business in November 2007. Alan has 12 years solid plastering experience in England and has been in New Zealand 7 years and during this time has successfully completed his BCITO qualification. Eden Collins is Project Manager and runs the day to day operations, liaising with the client builder and suppliers. Eden has 15 years self employment experience and was previously the QA and Painter for Texcote Services Ltd for 5 years prior to the business change of ownership. All Office Administration is handled by Rachel Collins who is a Shareholder/Director and Rachel has 20 years experience in the Accounting, Financial Control and Administration field. We are fortunate enough to currently have experienced and skilled staff members including Brendan Stirling who has 19 years texturing experience and has his BCITO qualification We pride ourselves in our ability and efficiency to quote the job and carry it right through to the end in a friendly and a no fuss manner. We welcome all enquiries and are happy to quote anything from the smallest repair job to high rise building apartments. We are also happy to quote using different application methods to give the client cost comparisons if required.
