Back in 1960 Paramount Sheetmetal Ltd was established in Tauranga, New Zealand. We were then, and still are now, a locally owned and operated business driven with determination to meet our customers needs while providing our staff and shareholders a convivial environment. In our early days, our four directors started off with a vision to create a reputation within the industry. This being a high standard of workmanship, ensuring that the customer is always fully satisfied. With these principles to work by, over the past four decades our company has evolved into a thriving business. We changed our trading name to Paramount Stainless to better reflect the trend that 90% of our business had turned to stainless steel. Our reputation for high quality will ensure our development well into the future. We are determined to go that extra mile to meet our project requirements. Today we employ 12 full time staff with contract labour support, all with extensive experience specialising in stainless steel fabrication in an ISO 9002 environment. We use Laser Cutting and CNC folding technologies to maximise lean manufacturing techniques. We have always been prepared to take on any job, from small one-off items for the domestic market to large industrial projects, while also remaining cost competitive. On site fabrication and installation is also no problem for our experienced team. We have, at our disposal, process design capabilities and a full computer aided workshop drawing service. Paramount’s forte has always been to understand our clients needs, develop solutions offering design and estimates and supply.
